Upcoming Workshops and New Courses
We’re thrilled to be able to offer a full programme of special classes and workshops in addition to our regular timetable. Jenny-May runs a monthly Pranayama class along with regular Enhanced Practice Workshops across the year, and we welcome acclaimed visiting teachers from across the UK and further afield for their specialist sessions- previous guests include Faeq Biria, Christian Pisano, Bobby Clennell and Jayne Orton.

Many of our workshops (along with timetabled classes) are available streamed or as recordings. Check the event’s details for more information. If you’d like more study-at-home options, we have online courses available to purchase, along with FREE toolkits and YouTube resources.
Pranayama

You have to try it to find out just what a gift it is. Our pranayama classes run monthly on Sunday evenings 6.30-8 pm and are suitable for students with around 2 years regular attendance in classes.

NEW FOUNDATION COURSE DATES

We have a NEW 8-Week Foundation Course launching in January. The course will run on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 am. It is the perfect starting point and a perfect time to feel the benefits of yoga in the new year!

If the timing of the Foundation classes is not suitable for you, but you’d still like to try yoga with us, please drop into any of our Beginner level classes across the week. You’ll always be very warmly welcomed.
Women’s Health WORKSHOP SERIES

In her seminal work ‘Yoga: A Gem for Women’, Geeta Iyengar says ‘Woman has to pay a high price physically and physiologically for her role of mother, [partner], sister, friend. Stabilisation of the physical and mental states is achieved by āsana and prānāyāma. Her salvation lies in practising them’.
Working within Geeta Iyengar’s legacy and lineage, we’ll be exploring yoga in relation to 3 important stages of a woman’s life:
Menstruation
Peri-menopause
Menopause
Workshop 2: Peri-Menopause

• Suitable for everyone with around 6 months experience in Iyengar yoga classes.
Christian Pisano
March 13-15 2026
We’re thrilled to announce that bookings are now live for Christian Pisano’s return to our studio in March 2026. It will run as per last year, with six sessions running over the three days.
It will sell out quickly, so be sure to book your space to avoid disappointment. Get in touch if you need to spread the cost; we can arrange delayed payment.
The weekend is suitable for students with 4 years or more of regular practice in Iyengar Yoga. It is not suitable for pregnant students or those with significant injury or health conditions.
FRIDAY: 5 pm – 8 pm
SATURDAY: 9 am – 12 noon | 3 – 5.30 pm | 6 – 7 pm
SUNDAY: 9 am – 12 noon | 3 pm – 5 pm
