Upcoming Workshops and New Courses
We’re thrilled to be able to offer a full programme of special classes and workshops in addition to our regular timetable. Jenny-May runs a monthly Pranayama class along with regular Enhanced Practice Workshops across the year, and we welcome acclaimed visiting teachers from across the UK and further afield for their specialist sessions- previous guests include Faeq Biria, Christian Pisano, Bobby Clennell and Jayne Orton.

ENHANCE YOUR INVERSIONS
Sunday 26 APRIL

Take a deeper dive into headstand, shoulder stand and their associated poses. Learn how to prepare for safe and comfortable inversions and gain confidence whilst having fun trying out a few techniques.
Make a day of it! For those with 18+ months of regular class attendance, we hope you can also join us for the afternoon yoga philosophy, mantra, restorative āsana, and pranayama session. It’s a day designed to really help you enhance your practice!
Inversions Workshop: 10am – 1pm
Full Day Workshop: 10 – 4.30 pm
Make a day of it, and stay on for the afternoon session: 2 – 4.30 pm!

You have to try it to find out just what a gift it is. Our pranayama classes run monthly on Sunday evenings 6.30-8 pm and are suitable for students with around 2 years regular attendance in classes.

YOGA RETREAT

Jenny-May’s upcoming June retreat at the beautiful Penpont Estate in Powys is now almost fully booked, with just one remaining in-house accommodation space available (men-only room) — a lovely opportunity if you were still hoping to join us.
Set on the banks of the River Usk in the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, this family-run estate offers a welcoming chance to slow down and restore with a few days of yoga, time in nature, and delicious meals from the wonderful Gina’s Cantina.
Jenny-May is looking forward to sharing the kind of immersive yoga experience she was fortunate to receive from her teacher, Faeq Biria. The retreat will include āsana, prānāyāma, māntra and deeply guided relaxation, along with plenty of free time to enjoy the surroundings and each other’s company as a group.
